Hyaluronic Acid (HA) is a major component of both the cartilage and synovial fluid of the joint and is associated with joint lubrication and flexibility. Creatine is for muscle strength and recovery. AniFlex GL also contains MSM, Yucca schidigera, and bioflavonoids for inflammation, as well as important vitamins and minerals like Vitamin B-complex and calcium.
